These goats from Creekside Organic Acres are pasture raised year-round; although, on hot days they often choose to stay in the barn. They typically forage for food and, they are given a supplemental feed made from: barley, oats, canola meal, alfalfa, speltz, flaxseed, and minerals. Their diet is free from corn, soy, GMOs and chemicals. This feed comes from a farmer that grows and mixes the grains himself! !!!!!ATTENTION!!!! Goat cottage cheese and cream will be discontinued until sometime in January. This is due to the naturally occurring milk shortage during this time of year. Animals simply don't produce as much and/ or they need time to dry up so that they can be healthy and more productive throughout their life time. Please check back with us in January.
