Return Policy and Instructions

We aim to fulfill 100% customer satisfaction with the products we sell and the service we provide.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 5 days of receiving your order, we'll provide you with store credit!


Damaged Items or Errors

In the event that we made an error with your order or if there is damage or spoiling due to shipping and you cannot consume it, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Details About Credits, Refunds and Replacements

Please let us know in the first 24 hours of receiving your package if there are any issues.  Since our food is perishable, we do not accept returns.  We offer store credit, a refund or a replacement for damaged or spoiled items.  

For our wholesale customers, if you find that there is an issue with your order, food must be preserved and returned in order to receive credit or a refund. 

  

Instructions for Reporting a Problem

  1. Give us the product name and your order number.
  2. Tell us what happened.  Any pictures of the involved items are appreciated.
  3. How you would like us to resolve it- store credit, a refund or a replacement order (only in the case of an entire lost or spoiled package).
