Sheep milk is back but in limited supply this time of year. Sheep yogurt and kefir will be available again in a month or so. Water Buffalo Dairy is a great substitute because Sheep Milk and Water Milk are similar in fat and protein. WB Milk is also easier to digest. Our fresh chicken supply is not reliable at this time.
