How To Cook
Salt and pepper the filet generously. Add a little amount of ghee or high temp cooking oil to a cast iron pan on medium high heat. Once the pan is hot, cook the filet for a few minutes on each side until it reaches the desired doneness. Don't be afraid to add some butter while cooking to give it a nice crispiness. Serve it along side mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies!
