The Packing and Shipping Process:

We take special care in packing your food in insulated boxes with plenty of ice. UPS picks it up from the farm and delivers it right to your door! 

We ship every Monday and Tuesday. The order deadline is Friday at 7:00 am Eastern. If UPS does it right, your order should get to you in 1-3 days depending on your location and when your package was sent.  The reason we ship Monday and Tuesday and no additional days is to ensure that we have enough milk to fulfill orders and leave time for shipping delays.  We bottle and prepare dairy items fresh to order.  It is normal to not see tracking updates until Mondays and Tuesdays after 5 pm when UPS picks up the packages.

*To track your shipment and to communicate with UPS delivery personnel, sign up for UPS MyChoice.  You can get delivery alerts, change the address and give special instructions for delivery to the driver.  That way you do not have to worry about missing your important delivery!  

Our Western friends: We can ship our food to you if you wish; however, shipping may not be very cost effective or reliable. UPS shipping charges are very high!  We do not reimburse shipping costs for failed UPS deliveries because UPS does not reimburse us.  Please reach out to us for a shipping quote if you are interested. 

How Shipping Is Calculated

We have a shipping algorithm that calculates your shipping cost so you know how much you are paying at the time of check out.  The shipping cost is determined by your Delivery Zone (1 Day, 2 Day, 3 Day) and the weight of the items in your card.  There is a price per pound assigned to your specific delivery zone and a flat fee.  As you add items to your cart, you will see the cost per pound go up,  When you check out, you will see that flat fee added to your ship total. 

Example:  product weight X rate + flat fee = shipping cost (50 pounds X .85 + 20 = $62.50)

Note: UPS will not ship on most U.S. Holidays, and they will hold packages in their facilities during inclement weather. This can lead to perishables spoiling. What a waste of good food! To avoid delays in transit, we may not ship orders during weeks where there is a holiday. We may also not ship to your location if areas along the transportation route are experiencing inclement weather such as fires, hurricanes, snow storms etc. If this occurs, your order will be shipped the following week and you will be notified via email.

You can place your order at any time unless it says 'Closed.' 

You can also edit your order up until the deadline.

Near the top of every page on the website, you will see how many days you have left to order before the next deadline and the day you will receive your order for your selected delivery method. 

  The order deadline is Friday @ 7:00 am Eastern.  

Please note that delivery dates are estimated times only.  We cannot guarantee delivery will be on any specific date, but we try our best!

Only place your order if you know you can be flexible with a delivery date.

We take special care in packing your food in cardboard boxes with some ice packs. Our farm driver picks it up from the farm and delivers it right to your door! 

The delivery day is Thursday. The order deadline is Friday before at 7:00 am. We will not have an exact ETA for delivery, so make sure you or someone will be home the day of the delivery to bring the package inside.

Special instructions for the driver can be left in the comment section of your order (gate and door codes etc.).

*If you are interested in hosting a drop location at your property for others customers to pick up from, please let us know.
