A classic farmstead Gouda with a smooth buttery flavor and grassy aroma that comes from our 100% grass fed organic milk from our Water Buffalo! A classic snacking cheese with a wide variety of applications from mac and cheese to your cheese plate.

Our Raw A2 milk is used to make delicious raw cheese by the local creamery "Misty Creek". The rest of the ingredients are simple - cultures, traditional rennet and salt.

Our Buffalo cows are naturally 100% A2 and are grass-fed only to provide you with delectable, creamy milk.  Never pasteurized and naturally homogenized!

The cows at Buffalo Valley Pastures are exclusively grass-fed. They get a mix of hay and alfalfa in the winter. Our Water Buffalo cows are sure to offer you a milk that is delicious, creamy, and high in healthy fat!
