Water Buffalo Raw Dairy

Ghee (Clarified Butter) made from our Water Buffalo cream! Ghee is highly-clarified butter, butter that has been heated (190 degrees) to separate and remove the milk solids. We remove the solids by hand! Ghee has a much longer shelf-life and higher smoking point than traditional butter and is excellent for high temperature cooking! It's also great on your favorite toasted bread with a little salt!

Water buffalo milk is a unique dairy product! It is prized by cooks and nutritional specialists from around the world. While it tastes similar to cow milk, it has 58% more calcium, 40% more protein and more fat than cow milk. It also contains high levels of the natural antioxidant tocopherol and is rich in Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), an Omega-6 fatty acid that has been found to have many health benefits. Our water buffalo milk comes from fully grass-fed animals that graze on our farm in Pennsylvania's Dutch Country!
