Aged approx 2-4 months. This young cheddar is as perfect melted on a turkey club as it is on your next cheese plate with candied nuts and grapes.
*This cheese is considered Vegetarian since it is made with a Non-gmo microbial rennet.
Currently, our Raw A2 Milk is used to make delicious raw cheese by the local creamery "Wakefield Dairy". The rest of the ingredients are simple - cultures, traditional rennet and salt.
Our cows are all tested for A2/A2 and are grass-fed only to provide you with delectable, creamy milk - cream on the top! Never pasteurized and never homogenized!
The cows at Buffalo Valley Pastures are exclusively grass-fed. They get a mix of hay and alfalfa in the winter. Our Guernsey cows are sure to offer you a milk that is delicious, creamy, and high in healthy fat!
