Sheep milk is back but in limited supply this time of year. Sheep yogurt and kefir will be available again in a month or so. Water Buffalo Dairy is a great substitute because Sheep Milk and Water Milk are similar in fat and protein. WB Milk is also easier to digest. Our fresh chicken supply is not reliable at this time. We appreciate your patience!

Raw A2 Dairy Cheese

Paneer is a non-aged, non-melting soft cheese.
It has a very mild flavor similar to ricotta or cottage cheese.

Paneer is made by curdling milk with a form of natural acid such as vinegar.  No rennet needed!  We make this Paneer at Buffalo Valley Pastures in our certified kitchen!  

Because of its rather mild flavor, is versatile in its uses.  

Eat it alongside a salad by flavoring it up!   Drizzle an oil or dressing on top and add herbs or seasonings like red pepper flakes or garlic powder.

Use it as a main course!  This yummy squishy cheese can be cubed and thrown in a delicious sauce and served over rice!  Popular dishes that use Paneer are typically Indian such as: Butter Masala or Tikka Masala.  

You don't have to be vegetarian to enjoy this option.

The cows at Buffalo Valley Pastures are exclusively grass fed. They get a mix of alfalfa in the winter. Our Guernsey cows are sure to offer you a milk that is delicious, creamy and high in heathy fat!
