Paneer is made by curdling milk with a form of natural acid such as vinegar. No rennet needed! We make this Paneer at Buffalo Valley Pastures in our certified kitchen!
Because of its rather mild flavor, is versatile in its uses.
Eat it alongside a salad by flavoring it up! Drizzle an oil or dressing on top and add herbs or seasonings like red pepper flakes or garlic powder.
Use it as a main course! This yummy squishy cheese can be cubed and thrown in a delicious sauce and served over rice! Popular dishes that use Paneer are typically Indian such as: Butter Masala or Tikka Masala.

Our Raw A2 milk is used to make delicious raw cheese by the local creamery "Alpine Heritage Creamery." The rest of the ingredients are simple - cultures, traditional rennet and salt.

The cows at Buffalo Valley Pastures are exclusively grass fed. They get a mix of alfalfa in the winter. Our mix of Guernsey and Jersey cows are sure to offer you a milk that is delicious, creamy and high in heathy fat!
