Bee pollen has numerous health benefits.  It has been claimed to lower cholesterol, reduce hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis), improve metabolism, increase hormone levels and reduce depression.  Sprinkle a small amount on cereal, in yogurt or your favorite smoothies.  You can also incorporate it into raw desserts or raw homemade granola bars.

First time users should take a small amount and work his or her way to larger doses in case an allergic reaction occurs.

Recommended dosage is 1/4 tsp. to 2 tsp.
