Put skirt steak in a gyro, fajita or just eat it by itself!

How to Cook

Marinade ahead of time or put a generous amount of salt and black pepper on it, sear it on high heat in a cast iron pan for a few minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.  We recommend that you use a meat thermometer.  Cut it in thin strips and enjoy!
