Einkorn Pancake Pre Mix, 5 c.

Delicious Einkorn Pancake Mix made with our A2 butter and organic einkorn wheat! Easy instructions for a healthy and easy breakfast included. Just add an egg and milk!

Makes 10 servings! Store in the refrigerator.

Instructions:  Add 1 cup pancake mix (firmly packed), 3/4 c sweet or sour milk and 1 egg.  Mix well.  Fry on hot skillet.

For fluffier pancakes, separate the egg yolk from the white. Add yolk to pancake mixture.  Beat whites separately until white stiff peaks form, then fold into pancake batter.
