Sheep milk is back but in limited supply this time of year. Sheep yogurt and kefir will be available again in a month or so. Water Buffalo Dairy is a great substitute because Sheep Milk and Water Milk are similar in fat and protein. WB Milk is also easier to digest. Our fresh chicken supply is not reliable at this time. We appreciate your patience!

This Tallow is discounted because it is tallow that was removed after making beef broth.  

Our full-price tallow is made from fat trimmings and kidney fat.

Tallow is a healthy alternative to vegetable oils. Use it for cooking and baking or put it in homemade topical lotions and ointments.
