Raw A2 Dairy Cheese


A dry mild mozzarella cheese made from our Exotic Water Buffalo milk.  It's an excellent cheese to snack on or shred on top of your favorite Italian dishes such as pizza or lasagna.  

The Buffalo at Buffalo Valley Pastures are exclusively grass-fed. They eat our own grown chemical-free alfalfa in the winter. Our Water Buffalo are sure to offer you a milk that is delicious, creamy, and high in healthy fat!

This cheese is made by Misty Creek, a local creamery.
