After baking loaves should be roughly 10 inches long and 5 inches wide.
We use our own-grown heritage grains (Turkey Red Flour). Heritage grains (Turkey Red) were grown before the 1900's and have not been scientifically bred or altered genetically. Heritage grains are easier to digest.
