Ground Beef (~1 lb. packs) made from our exclusively grass-fed and pastured Beef Cattle!  This ground beef contains beef organs for added nutrition and a more robust flavor.

Organs include kidney, heart and liver.

Roughly 80/20 beef, fat ratio.
