Filet Mignon from our exclusively grass-fed and pastured Angus Cross beef cattle!

Filet Mignon comes from the tenderloin.

It is a premium cut of beef.  It's known for its juicy tenderness and mild yet rich flavor. 

Filet Mignon is commonly seared in a heavy pan or grilled.  

Simple seasoning such as salt, pepper, butter and herbs goes a long way with this delicious cut.

Marinating and tenderizing is not necessary.
