Place Your Order and Pay

Create an order on our website www.bvpmarket.com and pick it at the address listed.

The delivery charge is a flat rate, so no matter how big your order is, you won't pay extra (with some exceptions)!

We only accept payment via credit card through the website.  Orders must be prepaid.

When Will Packages Arrive?

Delivery time usually takes place at 11 am.

****You do not have to be there when the driver makes the delivery.  Orders are packed in boxes with some ice to keep them cold.

You may still want to bring a cooler or insulated bag for your trip home.

Where Will My Package Be?

This pick up location is a private residence.  Orders are left on the covered porch at the back of the house out of the elements. Entrance to the covered porch is through a gate next to the garage on the right side of the house.  You will likely not be able to see the packages from the gate, so don't be afraid to go through the gate and take a look.

Cancellations and Refunds

Picking up your order the day of delivery is your responsibility.

We do not refund last minute cancellations.  Many of our products are made to order, so if you cancel, the food will likely go to waste.

We do not refund orders that have not been picked up, so please have a back up plan should an emergency arise.

Customers may cancel orders 48 hours before the delivery date and receive a full refund.
