Is your Flour All Purpose?
Our flour is not all purpose. It is whole grain meaning it contains the wheat and the germ. All of our different types of flour can be used to make plenty of delicious baked goods. It can even be used for sourdough bread starter.

Are your grains gluten-free?
No. Our grains are not gluten-free, but many people with gluten intolerance can digest our grains. We carefully selected all of our grains with digestion in mind.
What are ancient and heritage grains?
Ancient and Heritage grains are grains that have not been altered genetically like most flour found in stores today. The words ‘Ancient and ‘Heritage’ are used similarly to the way ‘Heirloom’ is used to describe fruits and vegetables.
