Ostrich Egg Non GMO

Full Transparency: Our Ostrich are not organically fed at this time. They are fed Non GMO corn and soy.

We are currently formulating an all natural, beyond organic corn free and soy free feed for Ostriches since non exist on the market. Stay tuned....

One Ostrich egg from our own Ostrich!  Our Ostrich are free roaming on pasture and fed a non GMO feed that contains corn and soy.

Ostrich eggs can be up to 5 pounds and have a thick porcelain-like shell. A hammer, knife or drill will be required to open it.  

One egg will feed about 8 people.
One 5 pound egg = 18-24 chicken eggs

They are great for eating any way you would eat a normal egg.  They require longer cook time.  They are highly nutritious with high amounts of protein and cholesterol which is good for the brain!

The taste is described as similar to a chicken eggs, but it has a more rich and intense flavor, sweeter than a chicken egg and buttery.
