Rib eye is considered a very good cut of beef.
It is tender, rich in flavor and has good marbling which contributes to the flavor and juiciness.
Prepare this by searing it on the stove in a heavy pan or on the grill!
This is delicious seasoned with plain salt and pepper or your favorite rub!
Serve it along side potatoes and a salad!
