Our sheep milk comes from a trusted local farm that raises their sheep to our 'beyond organic' standards. Similar to Water Buffalo, Sheep naturally only produce A2 milk. Our raw milk is never pasteurized and never homogenized!
*During the months when sheep milk is sold out, Water Buffalo is an excellent substitute. The protein and fat content are identical. Both are easy to digest.
These sheep are grass-fed!
