Aged approx 2-4 months. This semi-soft and spicy cheese is a variant of Monterey Jack cheese. It has a spicy flavor from hot chili peppers. It is complimented with other sweet peppers and herbs.
Pepper Jack Cheese melts easily due to its moisture content. That makes it great to melt on top of burgers or crispy chicken sandwiches.
If you like spicy snacks, feel free to eat it by itself or with crackers.
This cheese is considered Vegetarian since it is made with a Non-gmo microbial rennet.
Currently, our Raw A2 Milk is used to make delicious raw cheese by the local creamery "Wakefield Dairy". The rest of the ingredients are simple - cultures, traditional rennet and salt.
