7pm to 9pm on the day of delivery. Orders not picked up will not be refunded, so please plan accordingly.

Boxes will be labeled with your name and order number.  Please check carefully and only take your box.  You may have multiple boxes which will be label 1 of 2, 2 of 2 and so on.

Wow Nepal can only help with assisting in the pick up of your order.
