Drop location pick-up is a great way to save money on shipping, especially on heavy items or large bulk orders! We are currently delivering to Chalfont once a month on the third Thursday of every month.

How it works

Place your order online at our website www.bvpmarket.com. Fill your shopping cart with yummy fresh food! 

Submit your order before the deadline (8:00 am, the Monday before). Be sure that your delivery preference is set to ‘Chalfont.’

Meet us at the address listed on the day of pick up. 

(This is a private residence). 

You do not have to be there when the driver arrives.  Your order will be packed with minimal ice to help keep it cool for a few hours.

When do I show up?

Emails will be sent the morning of the delivery, giving updates about the driver’s departure and estimated time of arrival.

You do not have to be there when the delivery truck arrives.  Packages will be left at the location for your convenience. 

Deliveries are typically made before between 1 pm and 4 pm. It depends on traffic and any other stops the driver may have. We strongly encourage customers to pick up as close to the delivery time as possible. This will ensure that your food stays as fresh. If you are running late, that is okay, your order will be waiting for you at the location. Keep in mind that orders are packed with some ice. It may not be enough to keep orders cool for hours on a hot summer day. 

What do I do when I get there?

Look for your box with your name on it.

The orders will be dropped off in cardboard boxes with customer names on them. If there are issues with your order, please send us an email as soon as possible (milk@bvpmarket.com) so that we can help. There is no need to pay anyone at the location because we only accept credit cards at this location.

Note: We want delivery fees to be as low as possible. The delivery fee goes toward the cost of the driver. The delivery fee will go down as more customers order from this location. 

So, please spread the word and invite people in your area to place an order for pick up! Let them know that beyond organic farm fresh food is closer than they think!
