Distribution of orders is handled by a group devoted to making healthy, nutritious food available to everyone in areas of Southern California.  This group is associated with RA Healthy Foods and farmmatch.com.  

Order and pay for your items through our website www.bvpmarket.com, and they will handle the rest!

Where?

Distribution takes place in a Westchester neighborhood across from a park on 88th Street.  Reference our highlighted map for the exact location. Note the purple highlight on the bottom left corner.

When?

Pick up your Buffalo Valley Pastures orders from 10 am to 12 pm.  
Please be prompt because the people distributing have other deliveries to make that day.

Fees

There is a flat 70.00 fee for the first two boxes which can hold roughly 8 half gallons of milk.  There is a 10.00 fee added for each additional box.  It may seem high, but believe us, that is a real deal compared to UPS shipping!  The fee helps cover the cost of shipping across the US and some packing materials.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the order deadline in order to receive a refund. Many of our products are bottle or made to order specially for you.  There is a good chance that food will go to waste with last minute cancellations.  Once the order is put on the truck, there is no opportunity for a refund.  We thank you for your understanding!

We do not offer refunds for orders that are not picked up, so don't forget and please arrive on time.

If there is an issue with your order, please notify Buffalo Valley Pastures within 24 hours of receiving your order.  We can offer store credit or refunds for mistakes that we make or for damaged goods, but please send us pictures via email: milk@bvpmarket.com
